HMPSA for masking tape

HMPSA for masking tape is a roll adhesive tape made of textured paper and hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive as the main raw materials, coated with pressure-sensitive adhesive on textured paper and anti sticking material on the other side.

It has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, good chemical solvent resistance, high adhesion, soft adhesion and no residual glue after tearing. The industry is commonly known as masking tape.

Characteristic

HMPSA for masking tape is a self-adhesive tape based on resin impregnated wrinkled paper. Used for sealing and packaging.
The curing adhesive with special composition provides excellent solvent resistance and high temperature resistance without any adhesive trace.
The tape can be easily bent into a curve, and the circular protective edge will not be broken.
The viscosity of the tape itself can provide appropriate retention even under heavy pressure.
It is easy to tear and easy to operate. It can be used even without scissors or blades.
The adhesive tape can be applied to the surface with high curvature, and the thickness is enough without patching.
Smoothness: the adhesive tape base material is smooth and will not cause the user’s skin feeling.

Application

HMPSA for masking tape is mainly used for high-temperature isolation and pasting, masking processing of automobile and furniture and general coating, fixing and drilling of PCB board.

As well as fitting, sealing, color separation painting and drying after spraying.
