PP synthetic paper label is produced by imitation paper of plastic material, and hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive is used as adhesive.

It not only has the waterproof, durable, and tearing plastic properties that natural paper can not achieve but also has the excellent printing and processing adaptability of natural paper and good adhesion. It has the characteristics of lightweight, high strength, tear resistance, good printability, shading, UV resistance, durability, economy, and environmental protection.

Characteristic

  1. Environmental protection. The raw material source and manufacturing process of PP synthetic paper label will not cause environmental change and damage. It can be 100% recycled after use. Even if it is incinerated, it will not produce toxic gas.
  2. Economy. Filled with calcium carbonate minerals, the weight ratio can reach 60%, which can effectively reduce the consumption of plastics and can be recycled. The price of calcium carbonate is low and stable.
  3. PP synthetic paper label has good processability and can be processed by cutting, die-cutting, embossing, bronzing, drilling, sewing, folding, bonding, and other processing methods.
  4. Light specific gravity and good rigidity.
  5. It is very durable, with high strength, puncture resistance, tear resistance (especially transverse), wear resistance, and folding resistance.
